1. Shipping Coverage

TeachBazaar currently ships to all major cities and most rural areas across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the courier service coverage in certain remote locations.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be extended.

Customers will receive an order confirmation and shipping update via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Other Cities & Towns 3–7 Business Days
Remote Areas 5–10 Business Days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Order value

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight and dimensions

Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

TeachBazaar may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

TeachBazaar offers Cash on Delivery (COD) services in eligible areas of Pakistan.

For COD orders:

  • Customers must ensure accurate contact details and delivery addresses.

  • Our team may contact customers for order verification.

  • TeachBazaar reserves the right to cancel unverified or suspicious orders.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Customers can use the tracking number on the courier partner’s website to monitor shipment status.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier companies generally make two to three delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unavailability of the recipient

  • Failure to respond to courier communications

the order may be returned to TeachBazaar. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

TeachBazaar shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by customers.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately before the order is dispatched.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

  1. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide order details and supporting photographs (if applicable).

  3. Our support team will investigate and assist with a suitable resolution.

Claims submitted after the reporting period may not be eligible for review.

10. Delayed Deliveries

While TeachBazaar strives to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier operational issues

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

In such situations, we will make every effort to keep customers informed.

11. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Orders refused by customers or returned as undeliverable may be subject to:

  • Re-shipping charges

  • Cancellation fees (if applicable)

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.

12. International Shipping

Currently, TeachBazaar ships only within Pakistan unless otherwise announced on our website.
